Regulatory Authorities is like country inside a country. I know how difficult it is to register something in medical field, eg. clinical trial. There have been 330 trials registered in Poland last year and , for comparison, in the UK 1200. Oracle solutions maybe are not miracles but definately can help shortening the path. The data collected through the system really help synchronizing real-time information across the organization. We are utilizing this sort of data base in our company. It is unbelievable how it sharpens the picture of each project and gives good overview of the process. Still it is useless without people entering the data.
